Shipping and countries

Purchases can only be made in certain European countries, which can be selected by clicking the relevant flag that appears at the entrance to the site. For all other countries, the site is accessible but cannot be purchased. Prices include shipping costs, so the user making the payment is required to provide a shipping address within the country selected on the site. Otherwise, Il Gattopardo Srl reserves the right to assess the actual shipping costs and, if necessary, request additional shipping charges before processing the order.

Il Gattopardo Srl is not responsible for delivered items whose external packaging has been visibly tampered with, broken, and/or damaged. In the event of such occurrence, the carrier/shipping agent will be held liable, provided this is confirmed at the time of delivery and not after the product itself. Therefore, the buyer, or the person designated to collect the goods on their behalf, is advised to carefully inspect the product packaging for obvious signs of tampering, breakage, or any other signs that suggest the goods have been damaged, in whole or in part, and/or stolen, in whole or in part. In case of legitimate doubt, the buyer has the right to reject the goods with a written reason, or to withdraw the prize subject to verification. Any such reservation must be clearly indicated on the delivery note.

Delivery times

Il Gattopardo Srl is the direct manufacturer of the goods sold on the website www.ilgattopardoweb.com. The purchased items may already be in stock and can therefore be shipped within a few hours, or they may be in production and therefore require completion. In any case, we undertake to deliver the purchased goods to the courier within a maximum of 15 business days. The courier will then deliver them within another 3 business days.

Il Gattopardo Srl will not be responsible if failure to comply with the aforementioned terms is a consequence of strikes, unavailability of raw materials, natural disasters, fires, or other events not attributable to it.

Right of withdrawal

To withdraw from the contract, you must send a registered letter with return receipt to Il Gattopardo Srl, Via Delle Industrie, 97 - 36050 Cartigliano (VI), declaring that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, specifying the item in question and its price. You will then be required, at your own expense, to return the purchased goods, providing your bank details for a credit note. Upon receipt of the goods, Il Gattopardo Srl will refund the amount received for payment, less shipping costs.

Terms:	The buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Reimbursement:	within 30 days from the date of receipt of the registered letter and from receipt of the goods.
Return of the property:	It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange the return as they see fit. The goods must be returned intact to Il Gattopardo Srl.
